mSATA (MO-300B)
Mini SATA SSD - SaberTooth M1
The new mSATA standard offers a high performance SATA-II 3Gbps
interface in a very small form factor. It leverages the performance
of SATA-II in a diminutive 50mm length. mSATA SSDs use low cost
MLC NAND Flash to deliver very fast data transfer rates and
high reliability. Th SaberTooth™ M1 is compatible with
many new netbooks and notebook computers. This is an excellent
way to ugrade the performance and expand storage capacity in
mSATA based portables. It delivers dramatically faster transfer
speeds than a small form factor HDD, so you can enjoy lightning
fast bootups and application load times. The SaberTooth M1 uses
the Jmicron JMF605 4-channel controller to achieve sequential
read speeds up to 160MB/sec. With the gains in performance and
storage space you'll unleash the true functionality of your
mSATA compatible notebook. The SaberTooth M1 is available in
16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities.
