Overview
Predator™ X7 SSDs are designed around the new Jmicron JMF612 controller. These 2.5-inch SSDs use the SATA-II 3Gbps interface and a big 128MB DRAM cache to enable amazing write speeds. Upgrading to a Predator X7 SSD will make any laptop or desktop much more responsive, with bootup, shutdown and application load speeds that are two to five times faster than most hard drives. Predator X7 SSDs also include the latest advances in reliability including hardware ECC, bad block management and patented wear leveling technology. The 8-channel JM612 controller even supports a mini USB 2.0 port that makes cloning your existing drive a snap. Very few other 2.5-inch SATA-2 SSDs include this feature. The Predator X7 is offered in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities.
